Exceptional

The hotel was amazing. I got an upgrade to a room with both the scenery of the swimming pool and the beach. The staff were pretty nice, caring and helpful. Activities in the hotel were quite versatile and entertaining. Also, the beach has all the beautiful aqua life that does not wanna make you explore anything outside the hotel.

The beach is amazing with alot of bright coloured fish swimming around you..not just tiny fish but up to 30 cm .. part of the beach is crystal water. The food is great with alot of variety. Service is really good with very friendly staff..

My stay at Hotel Jaz Grand Marsa was a fantastic experience. We were traveling as a group of four friends and I can say for everyone that we really enjoyed it. The staff at the hotel was professional and very friendly. They met our every need. There are so many things you can do. For example, snorkeling at the pier is an amazing experience that I recommend. The entertainment group will make sure you enjoy your stay. Special thanks to Isslem. She involved us in various activities, we met great people and it was fun. Overall the whole hotel complex is super clean and the food is delicious. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Really nice place

Very good resort, there is a near bridge to the beach where you can go snorkel close to the coral bay. Also suggested the bridge to the reef in the other Jaz hotels, just a few minutes walk on the beach! Food is good (just need to get used to Egyptian tastes)

Staff is polite but sometimes too stressful, asking you many times during the days if you need anything and expecting back a tip

Exceptional, excellent location, very helpful and attentive staff, excellent responsiveness to supplementing individual wishes and additional requests (from room cleaners to service staff - special praise also for their supervisors for excellent communication and implementation of supplementary wishes and requests), varied and excellent food, rooms clean and always tidy, green areas and pools perfectly maintained and clean, great offer of various external services from contractors (excursion to the desert with four wheelers, camel riding, tour of the Bedouin village and their market with the Desert Fox team (Adam, Hamada and other team members ), diving and visiting the coral reef with the Scubadive team (Aleks, Hassan, Dada, Asal and other members)....

The reef, food (dinner and sweets are great), cleanliness , animation doing great work I would like to thank Suluma from reception desk for making sure help us in different situations And I would like to thank Mahmoud Fahmy in the main bar for being very professional

Needs a professional management

The room was really good spacious and always clean the staff respond to all our requests immediately although they are very few with a smile. The pool was really great. The two animation couple really exearting a great effort with low budget and facilities the sea view was wonderful

The food is average .the sea is not for swimming for the whole stay it was closed because of high winds .this resort needs professional staff they are nice but unqualified the reception desk is very poor can't solve any problem you will face we face a problem with the car we have rented to go to the airport and the reception employees was only watching us although they are the ones who recommend it for us and they told us that they don't have a shuttle car to the airport during this problem I found them getting a car to another guest to deliver him to the airport without caring what we are going to do and our car didn't arrive . Also the sea at night without any secure or even a watchman anyone can go and come to the resort. You have to go and bring anything you want no waiters at all only one at the pool bar and on the beach bar and at the banquet place they are really working hard .the staff are having their meals at the same restaurant of the guests they didn't bother anyone but it was weird for me .as a whole it's a good place but not 5stars it can be only 3 stars they need a professional management to be better .

The facility is OK,the animation team is great, and the rooms are spacious and comfy.

The food was poor, the staff are aggressive and the beach is full of dead corals with no sand.

One thing after another with this hotel. 1. Booked a sea view room and got a room with the view of a fence, I came just to dive anyway but that's not the point. I was happy to change rooms if they had one and they did 2. Patio door need repairs as it would not lock. If you service the room everyday and while cleaning the balcony, you observe that the door doesn't lock, why not report it and fix it before a guest has to tell you? Same with the fridge, needed a new part fitted and this was fixed Same with the bathroom sink, it wouldn't drain and someone had to be sent to fix it. 3. The housekeeping wouldn't leave toiletries, sometimes they did and other times they didn't 4. The chef needs to taste his food, specifically the soup .. that is, taste it yourself before presenting it for the guests 5. Breakfast boxes - If you agree to make a sandwich for a guest then be kind enough to make something you would actually eat yourself :) The duty manager resolved this. Thank you :)

Everything is bad, the beach is rocks , staff was unfriendly at all , the worst food ever , the travel agency are liars we have booked a trip to 3 different places with 1000 egp and they took us to only 1 place and the driver dont know how to go to the other places

Everything was great with the vacation , beach was great...

Everything was great with the vacation , beach was great although not sandy but lot of fishes and living sea creatures , there is place for snorkelling very nice , rooms are really nice .

They call themself a five star hotel but sometimes it's even difficult to find even 3 stars.

The service is really poor and the staff doesn't really take of the guests. Here are two examples: 1. We booked a two bed room with extra bed. The extra bed which was put in the room though was anything but not a bed. Even in a cheap and shitty backpacker hostel the bed would be better than the extra bed. When I complained the first time the didn't want to do anything. The second time the promised to change the bed but nothing happened. The I complained the third time very harsh and told them that I'm gonna stand at the reception keep complaining until something happens they finally gave me a bed. 2. We wanted to split our bill and pay by credit card. The guy told us that this is very complicated and does take a long time. We insisted on paying with credited card and it didn't even take the 1 minute to split the for the credit card payment. (Also there is a horrendeus fee for credit card payments) I could give many more examples
